Southtown.  Terry Bogard and Fam made the city safe from crime and violence.  However, evil has once again outstretched its icy grip over the city.  Mr. Big, believed to have been taken out by Ryo and Robert, has come back to engulf the city into chaos.  Thirsty to exact revenge on the Bogard and Sazazuki Clans, Mr. Big begins a crime wave of kidnapping and blackmail.  

AdamEX stumbled upon Mr. Big's plan through his front business the X-Cade. Now AdamEX vows to infiltrate Mr. Big's organization and destroy him once and for all.  Channeling his Fatal Fury, AdamEX takes a final stand to restore peace to Southtown just as his Hero Terry Bogard did many years ago.
